This policy is for tinegaremotetutorials.academy, run by Tinega Remote Tutorials.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email address, and the profile details you enter: address, age, year of birth, and nationality. A password is stored only as a secure hash. We never keep the password itself.

If you sign in with Google, we receive the name and email address Google shares with us. We do not receive your Google password.

We also store course progress, test attempts, certificates, and, if you subscribe, payment records. A signup code is emailed only the first time an email account is created. Signing in does not send a code.

Why we use it

We use this information to run your account, teach the courses, issue certificates, and handle subscriptions. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep the account while it is open. If the admin deletes an account, the email can be used to sign up again.
